About This Guide

Hopi Sand Painting

This guide provides an overview of resources for researching American Indian law. Suggestions for locating secondary sources including books, articles, and current awareness publications are provided. Guidance in locating primary sources (Federal, Tribal & Minnesota) such as treaties, case law, statutes/codes and administrative agency rules, regulations, and decisions is also provided.
