Dockets Search (Westlaw)Westlaw's Dockets Search contains docket information on cases filed in State Courts, U.S. District Courts, U.S. Courts of Appeal, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. Coverage and information provided varies by court.
Civil Rights Litigation Clearinghouse This link opens in a new window"Civil Rights Litigation Clearinghouse, brings together and analyzes information and documents about important civil rights cases across the United States. Use the "Select case types" feature and select "Reproductive Issues." You can also filter by court (federal, state and territory). Most of the documents consist of case filings.

Making of Modern Law: United States Supreme Court Records and Briefs, 1832 - 1978 This link opens in a new windowBrowse and full text searching available. Search by specific keywords or phrases, author (counsel or organization), case name, court term, document filing date and U.S. Reports citation. Document types include: briefs, applications, jurisdictional statements, opposition for review, oral transcripts, petitions, among other sources.
ProQuest Supreme Court Insight This link opens in a new windowThis collection spans from 1975 through the 2016/2017 term. It includes a complete collection of full opinions from U.S. Supreme Court argued cases, including per decision, dockets, oral arguments, joint appendices and amicus briefs.
Case Documents - U.S. Supeme CourtThe Court's web site contains docket, calendar and other information for cases pending before the court. Oral argument transcripts are available from as early as 1969. Audio of oral arguments are also available starting with the 2010 term.

The availability of briefs for state appellate court cases varies by state. More recent cases are more likely to have online sources for obtaining case briefs. Consult the Law Library's, Case Records & Briefs Research Guide for links to databases and finding aids to locate case briefs.
