Employee Benefits

Employee benefits include medical and pension plans arranged through an employer. These plans are governed by federal law contained in Titles 26 and 29 of the U.S.C. and Titles 26 and 29 of the C.F.R. Important legislation appears in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 88 Stat. 829; 29 USC § 1001.
