The Canadian Index to Legal Periodicals, which is a part of the Canadian Abridgment, covers Canadian legal literature.   

Index to Canadian Legal Periodical Literature  indexes Canadian legal literature with subject, author, case, and book review indexes.  It is free on the web from 1998-date: http://biblio.caij.qc.ca (the search engine has a French interface, but you can use English-language search terms to retrieve articles in English).
